银都股份9月27日晚间公告，为拓展国际业务，公司拟与下属全资子公司银灏设备、银瑞制冷合作，在泰国设立控股子公司阿托萨泰国，注册资本为2200万美元，其中公司拟出资2156万美元，占比98%，其余两公司各出资22万美元，各持股1%。阿托萨泰国的经营范围包括：多功能环保型冷藏箱系列产品、自助餐设备及西厨设备的生产与销售。
银都股份（603277）8月24日晚间公告称，阿托萨美国及斯玛特现为本公司的全资子公司，由于海外经营发展的需要，公司拟以持有的阿托萨美国及斯玛特的全部股权出资,在美国设立全资子公司YD Holdings, Inc.，注册资本200万美元。
设立完成后，阿托萨美国、斯玛特将由新设子公司 100%控股。截至本公告日，本公司为阿托萨美国提供1,500万欧元的担保。不存在委托该美国阿托萨理财，以及占用上市公司资金等方面的情况。
